Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Danny Bulloch

Danny is a Mortgage and Protection Adviser at Anderson Mortgages. He has 15 years of industry experience across mortgage and personal-protection advice, including six years with an insurance brokerage focused on life cover and critical illness cover.

He helps customers understand the available route, the information needed and the reasons behind a personal recommendation.

Experience and Qualifications

Mortgage Advice with a Protection Background

Danny holds CeMAP 1, 2 and 3. His mortgage experience includes first-time buyers, people moving home, remortgages and debt-consolidation cases. His protection experience covers life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection.

This combination is useful when a mortgage decision and the risks around income, illness or family circumstances need to be considered together. Each recommendation remains separate and must have a clear purpose, but customers can discuss the wider financial effect of the move or mortgage with one adviser.

Product availability and acceptance depend on the full circumstances and current provider criteria. Danny will explain the relevant limitations rather than promise a particular mortgage or policy outcome.

Away from Advice

Outside work, Danny enjoys football, socialising and spending time with his family.

A Personal Point of Contact

Clear Explanations throughout the Process

Danny can communicate by telephone, face to face or email, depending on what is suitable for the customer and the case. Meetings can also be held by video call where appropriate.

Once a case is allocated to him, Danny remains the main point of contact. He gathers the information needed for advice, explains the recommendation and supports the customer as an agreed application progresses.

The relationship can continue after completion through future mortgage reviews and protection reviews when circumstances change.
