More Than Three Decades in Mortgage Advice
Mike holds CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 and has spent 33 years working in the industry. His experience is particularly relevant to residential mortgage advice, including first purchases, home moves and remortgages.
That background helps him identify the information a lender is likely to need, recognise circumstances that may require a different approach and explain the practical effect of the available options.
A recommendation still depends on the individual case and current lender criteria. Mike will take time to understand the customer's objectives, affordability, commitments and property plans before suitable available routes are assessed.
Away from Mortgage Advice
Outside work, Mike enjoys football and spending time with his family, including his grandchildren.
Support as the Case Progresses
A Consistent Adviser and Clear Updates
Once a case is allocated to Mike, he remains the customer's main point of contact. He explains the recommendation, supports the agreed application and keeps the customer informed as the lender considers it.
Mike is willing to work outside normal office hours where needed to help customers. The exact meeting and communication arrangements can be agreed for the case, while the business's published hours remain Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Support can continue after completion through future moves, mortgage reviews and contact before an existing deal comes to an end.
